I will be working on a project to reduce food waste and maximize the sales of little and medium supermarkets, fruit stores and bakeries. I would like to do this through a software that forecasts the replenishment of the products in a store. In a simple and cheap way, little stores will have the opportunity to reduce their food waste at least by 50% and increase their sells by diminishing the situation of being out of stock.
