Return Buddy

The challenge

We aim to address what we consider to be a bottleneck in the return of parcels ordered online. Currently in order to return a parcel, one must go to a pick-up point from the company that made the original delivery, meaning that depending on who delivered your parcel, the return point is always different.

The solution

Our solution is to create a return pick-up service that would come at your door, just like delivery couriers drop off packages, but instead pick up the package that you wish to return. By the end of the day, your package will be dropped off at the required pick-up point that the customer would have gone to.
