The solution

Facing housing issues from an inside perspective: the landlord-tenants relationship. The app is focused around managing landlord-tenant relationships by providing a smart platform developed around different areas. The areas are linked to the various communication issues between tenants and landlord and tenants themselves, and daily problems related to the house. Tenants and landlords can ‘upload’ announcements, make requests, and share payment information. In this way landlords will have a clearer and complete vision of all the issues they need to manage, and will enable them to accomplish issues promptly and effectively.
