Meriate is a young startup that focusses on a more efficient feedback process in HR

The solution

We have developed an online dashboard that allows employees to do peer-review, for instance in a 360 feedback format, in a quick and user-friendly way, to offer up this qualitative data in a quantitative method for managers and other end-users.
