The challenge

Too many students and too little housing Especially difficult for international students A lot of people left the Netherlands because of COVID and are now all coming back looking for housing

The solution

Students with larger rooms/studios can share their space with other students who are looking for temporary housing. They can do this via an app, where they can either swipe left or right to find a match. One side of the customers of the app will be the ‘provider’ and the other side will be ‘seeker’. The app will contain filters, such as 1) location, 2) price category, 3) male or female (or other), 4) Duration of stay, 5) interests and hobbies and 6) smoker or non-smoker. The app will also contain a review system. When they match someone they can chat and come to an agreement to live together.
